Some people still think digital marketing is some trend. To Libby, it’s the first conversation in doing business.
Libby creates digital interactions between brands and their consumers. Websites, email campaigns, branded video content: if it lives behind a screen, Libby can make it, and make it look good. She’s designed award-winning websites for various Stan Can Design™ clients and is constantly seeking new ways to build brand experiences in the digital world.
Always hungry, Libby continues to expand and sharpen her design skills. She recently attended the HOW Interactive Design Conference in San Francisco, a prestigious industry conference that focuses on web and interactive design. Her lifelong experience in photography and illustration have allowed her to produce truly unique branded content in-house.
Libby established a strong foundation of design while attending the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Journalism, a minor in Digital Media, and the Marilyn Newton Visual Journalism Award. Language barriers be damned, she even volunteered at a photography studio in Torino, Italy during a semester abroad, boosting their social media exposure and ROI while generally being an all-around brand brainiac.
During her final semester, Libby was hired on as an intern at Stan Can Design where she immediately made her creative impact. Her first project, Stan Can Valentines, won “Best In Print” at the 2014 Reno AMA ACE Awards. Working at Stan Can Design gives Libby the opportunity to embrace both the creative and the tactician inside of her while bolstering the firm with its company ideals: powerful, intelligent, timeless advertising and design.
Libby’s expertise in the digital world can probably attributed to the way she lives outside it. She can be found riding her beach cruiser, soaking up sun on the shores of Tahoe, or chasing freshies on the slopes. She explores her personal creativity through a 35mm lens and trying her hand at a healthy mix of fine art styles.
